Fun for Kids

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Haikou Resort! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I loved the natural hot springs and the spacious pool areas. The hotel is a bit far from downtown, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet. On the downside, some staff members struggled with English, and the gym could use some cleaning. Overall, I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

I just got back from a four-day stay at the Sheraton, and while there are some great features, there are definitely areas that need attention. The hotel has a spacious and clean Seaview room and three well-maintained pools, but the service was lacking due to communication issues. The breakfast offered a decent variety but wasn't particularly special. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but improvements in service are necessary for a truly enjoyable experience.
